Supplier Scorecard Versions

Dear Supplier, Please be advised that you may receive an alternate version of your Supplier Scorecard.This alternate version does not replace the current scorecard found on the Comfort Control Supplier Portal. We are working on a transition to a standardized template of the Supplier Scorecard across the Climate Tech business and will communicate closer to implementation. Please advise any question or comments.  

Notice of warehouse relocation from McAllen to El Paso, Texas. This is effective starting May 1st, 2023.

I am writing to inform you that White Rodgers will be moving and consolidating their warehousing operation from McAllen (FLOW CONTROLS C/O NEOVIA LOGISTIC) to El Paso (CLIMATE GUADALAJARA C/O EL Paso Distribution Center) ,Texas. Our last day of operations at McAllen is April, 30th 2023, and we will be ready to accept shipments from you at our new location starting May, 1st 2023. Please update your records to reflect our new address. This move will not have any major impact on our business dealings with you, and we hope that our relationship will continue to grow. This applies if you are sending material outside from Mexico and you require to go thru the USA. Suppliers will be responsible for the costs of re-routing shipments or misdirected due to improper booking or labeling. If you have any questions or concerns about our move, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you in advance for your support during this transition. Please be reminded that Comfort Control will not accept or receive any shipments at our distribution center or plants without a proper purchase order. Any orders shipped to us without a PO will be returned at the Suppliers expense. Thank you in advance for your support.
